1. Use of the App

This app helps you track your daily reflections and progress. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the app’s source code

2. Freemium Model and Subscriptions

The app is free to download and includes core features at no cost. Some additional features (such as access to extended history of reflections, full calendar) are available only through an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Pro” plan).

Purchases are processed by Apple via your Apple ID account. We use RevenueCat to securely interface with Apple’s billing system.

If eligible, you may receive an introductory free trial before your subscription begins. After the trial (or immediately if not eligible), you will be charged according to the plan you select. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.

Pricing and available plans are shown in-app at the time of purchase. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

We do not collect or store personal information on our servers. Your journal entries and task data are stored locally on your device.

Export/import may not be available in this version. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or subscription issues arising from use of the app.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make the updated version available in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Apple Standard End User License Agreement

These Terms incorporate and supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applicable to all apps distributed via the App Store.
